It works in airplane mode
The part of each app that matters runs entirely on your phone. The alarm never calls a server between you going to sleep and getting up. Puzzles generate on device. Nothing stands between you and the thing you opened the app for.
Nothing is sold to you at the worst moment
No paywall between midnight and midday, because nobody should be pitched a subscription while they are trying to wake up. No ad in the middle of a puzzle. No interruption during an interview. Ever.
Sensor data stays on the phone — and where it can't, we say so
In Wake Up Early and Brain Puzzle, push-up counting, object recognition and speech checks are processed in memory on your device and discarded — never uploaded. AI Interview Pro is the exception and cannot be: a spoken interview has to send your audio away to be transcribed and answered. We would rather name that than let you assume otherwise.
One person builds all three
Ahmad Mustafa designs, writes and ships every one of these apps, and uses all three daily. When something is wrong you are emailing the person who can fix it.

What is Auren?
Auren is an independent iOS studio run by Ahmad Mustafa. It publishes three iPhone apps: AI Interview Pro for spoken mock job interviews, Auren: Wake Up Early, a task-gated alarm for heavy sleepers, and Brain Puzzle, a feed of short puzzles that tracks five cognitive skills. All three are free to download from the App Store.
Why does one studio make three unrelated apps?
They are less unrelated than they look. Each one is built around the same idea: useful software sometimes has to be slightly inconvenient. The alarm refuses to let you sleep through the morning. The interview app refuses to let you recite a rehearsed answer. The puzzle app refuses to let you scroll all evening and tells you when to stop. Most apps are designed to keep you inside them; these are designed to get you out.
Are the apps on Android?
Not yet. All three are iPhone-only today. Android is under consideration and the fastest way to influence that is to email support@aurenapps.com and say which app you want ported.
Do the apps cost money?
Every app is free to download and free to use meaningfully. AI Interview Pro gives you a full spoken session with no account and no card. Wake Up Early includes three missions and one alarm free, with Pro at $6.99 a month or $29.99 a year. Brain Puzzle is free with ads between puzzles, never during one, and Plus is $2.99 a month or $19.99 a year.
Where do I get support?
Email support@aurenapps.com. It reaches Ahmad Mustafa directly — there is no support team and no ticket queue, which means replies are slower at weekends and considerably more useful than a macro.
