A spoken interview can't happen on your phone alone, and we won't pretend otherwise. When you practise, your speech is sent to specialised services to be transcribed and answered, and your resume, if you upload one, is processed to generate questions. This policy explains exactly what goes where. It covers the AI Interview Pro app for iPhone and this page.
The short version
- Your voice is streamed to Deepgram for speech-to-text; the text goes to Anthropic to generate the interviewer's next question; the interviewer's reply is voiced by Cartesia.
- Your resume is used only to generate questions for your sessions. It is never shared with employers, recruiters or any hiring party. There are none in this product.
- You can use a guest session without creating an account.
- We do not sell your personal data.
- You can delete your account and its data from inside the app.
What we collect, and why

Advertising and tracking
The free tier may show advertising through Google AdMob. iOS asks your permission before any app may track you across other companies' apps and websites. If you decline, you still get the app and ads are simply less targeted. You can change your answer any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. No advertisement is shown during an interview session.
What we never do
- We do not sell your personal data.
- We do not share your resume, interview recordings or feedback with employers or recruiters.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. Account deletion is available in the app under Settings; it removes your account and the data attached to it. You can also email privacy@aurenapps.com from your registered address. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under the GDPR, the UK GDPR or the CCPA, and we honour them regardless of where you live.
Children
AI Interview Pro is rated 16+. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, email us and it will be deleted.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the date at the top changes and the change is noted in the app's release notes.
